The Air Yeezy's Have Landed

Photobucket

Wanna be the coolest kid around your way? Cop the Air Yeezy's!!! Guaranteed to push your status into that upper echelon of cooldum that your multicolored Uptowns and matching fitted couldn't get you.

The hype around these sneakers has been felt since Kanye hinted towards the possibility of coming out with a sneaker last year. There hasn't been this much anticipation for a sneaker to drop since the Jordans made their debut in '84 (yup, Jordan's have been out since '84).

The masses came out heavy to buy these sneakers. People even camped out for days just to be the first ones with a pair.

The "College Dropouts'" kicks are reported to retail for $215. Didn't hear anything about them only releasing a limited amount, so I'll just take my time before I get myself a pair. *enters credit card information*

REVENGE OF THE NERDS PT4? : FEATURING KANYE?!?!?

Photobucket

Word on the street is that Kanye took way to much credit on those Complex Mag pics, so the tech heads at Complex took evasive actions of "suspect" proportions.

LESSON!!!

Think twice before you mess with a nerd. *fixes glasses*

Flo Rida Still Riding The Top of The Charts

Photobucket

Flo Rida has once again Flo'd (pun intended) his way to the number one spot with his latest single "Right Round," off of his sophomore album R.O.O.T.S. (Route of Overcoming the Struggle), released March 31st.

"Right Round," produced by chart topping producer Dr. Luke (Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" and Kelly Clarkson's "Since You Been Gone") debuted at 58 then soured to platinum in only a week!

Using the same formula from his debut album Mail on Sunday (2008), Flo Rida has infused Hip-Hop lyrics with an elctro/pop sound to get bodies dancing and heads nodding throughout the majority of the album.

With a flow similar to Bone-Thugs and Harmony mixed with a little Twista, The Poe Boy crooner has figured out a way to stay on top by letting go of the all-to-common "gangster rap" mentality and instead chose the dance (sales) freindly route of pop music.

Can't knock his hustle.
